In Practice
The Godmon Partnership has a proven track record in the management, administration and cost control of a variety of construction projects in the private sector within the office, light industrial, manufacturing, residential, retail and leisure industries on new build, refurbishment and fitting out contracts.

A wide range of duties have been performed by Godmon Partnership. Management experience has developed through the sole responsibility of directly reporting to clients; appointing, coordinating and instructing the design team; negotiating with contractors and third parties; monitoring and valuing works on site and ensuring the adequacy of the finished building.
